REAL 4 You - a success story...

Real 4 You is an investment company in the real estate sector that was established in 1995 by MMag. Christian Rimpf and Mag. Klaus Riederer. All projects are conceived and developed independently by Real 4 You. Here, real estate development includes all subtasks: from land acquisition on through to the leasing and management of the properties. The locations are selected with special care and with consideration of the creation of long-lasting and long-term profitable properties.

As a private and independent company, Real 4 You distinguishes itself through its flat hierarchies and quick decision-making structures. This way, market opportunities can be detected early and exploited. The company has realized a multitude of projects very successfully in the 4 real estate business areas (see business areas. Ownership of the completed properties is held for the long term. To reinforce the equity capital basis and be able to invest in additional, promising properties, the projects are then sold. The strategy of Real 4 You is directed towards further growth in the future.

The company's headquarters is in Ansfelden near Linz. The new "poster child" office building was planned and developed by Real 4 You and occupied in 2006. Since most of the real estate projects are handled in foreign countries, our foreign offices are in the relevant countries. In cooperation with employees and partner companies on site, we have succeeded in establishing a powerful organization in the individual countries.
