The Real4You group has focused its activities in the real estate sector on 4 business areas:

1. Retail real estate
   The planning and realization of retail real estate properties is Real 4 You's core area of activity. In the course of the first wave of expansion, real estate projects arose primarily in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. In a second step, a few years ago activities in the markets of Romania and Bulgaria were initiated successfully.
   
   Real 4 You develops retail properties of all sizes: from discount supermarkets on through to mega malls in top city center locations.
   
   
   
2. Office real estate
   Real 4 You has reacted to the demand for modern office space and conceived and realized a few outstanding office properties. Both the Dunatower as the landmark building on the Danube in Budapest, as well as the Real 4 You headquarters in Ansfelden speak for the company's expertise in office real estate development.
   
   
   
3. Residential construction
   Residential construction projects were completed, especially in Hungary, and handed over to the purchasers. Among the residential properties, the offerings range from luxury terrace houses in the best locations to town houses on through to smaller homes.
   
   
   
4. Hotel real estate
   In Croatia, Real4You has acquired 4 hotels in famous and beloved tourist destinations (Opatija and Mali Losinj). These were then renovated and re-opened. In Austria, Real 4 You purchased the renowned Steigenberger Hotels in Linz and Kaprun (Salzburg).
